Consumers may raise questions, complaints or grievances verbally or in writing, directly or through an authorized representative. Dignity Living LLC prohibits retaliation for making a good-faith complaint. Consumers may contact their Regional Center or the California Department of Developmental Services at any time and are not required to complete Dignity Living’s internal grievance process first.

Contact Dignity Living

Email support@dignityliving.com, call 775-377-7676, or use the general contact form and write “Complaint” at the start of the message. Do not include health records or other sensitive information in the form.

Accessible assistance

Accessible assistance and language support are available on request. A consumer may ask an authorized representative to help make or follow up on a complaint.

Emergency or immediate danger

Call 911 for an emergency. Suspected abuse or neglect may also need to be reported to law enforcement or the appropriate protective-services agency.

Consumers may contact their Regional Center or DDS at any time, whether or not they have used Dignity Living’s internal process.

    You may contact Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center or California DDS without completing Dignity Living’s process first.
