Support lives inside
ordinary moments.

Services should be understandable: what support may include, who is involved, how it connects to the individual plan, and where professional or Regional Center responsibilities remain separate.

The standard lives
in everyday decisions.

01

Practical support

Daily living, household routines, appointments, communication, life skills, and community participation may be part of residential planning.

02

Coordinated roles

Families, representatives, service coordinators, health professionals, and other providers may each hold different responsibilities.

03

No one-size-fits-all plan

The appropriate scope depends on the individual, the setting, authorization, available resources, and confirmed service capacity.
